At the heart of APOYAR is a depth of love, compassion, and integrity for holding space for others. To be seen, heard, understood, and accepted for the unique and incredible beings we are now.
I am Liz White, the creator and owner of Apoyar and a lover of energetic modalities; I deeply appreciate the power they hold in helping people.
